10 Nausea Home Remedies for Fast Relief

Nausea may be caused by a variety of things (the flu bug, something you ate, stress, overeating, etc.). Here is a list of nausea home remedies that have proven to work.

Among the most effective nausea home remedies are different teas: Peppermint, Ginger, Chamomile, Lemon, Raspberry and Cinnamon. You can also try a tea made with fresh ginger and lemon juice.
